    To prepare for a successful service visit, we recommend the following preparations take place: clear the area surrounding the appliance, disconnect it from the power source, review the owner's manual for potential troubleshooting steps, identify the issue to the best of your ability, and be prepared to provide detailed information about the problem to our technician.
